SANYO DDNS(Dynamic Domain Name System) Service

1. DDNS Service

The following three services are available in our DDNS.
(1) Registration service of the domain name
(2) Enquiry service of the global IP address
(3) Renewal service of the IP address

1-(1) Registration service of the domain name
Step 1. Access to our registration site, https://www.ddns-sanyosecurity.com/.
Step 2. Enter the user ID and the passwords in the log-in display.
***** The user ID and passwords should be referred from the DDNS-compliant product.*****
Step 3. Click the "Log in" icon to complete this registration.
Step 4. Type your preferable domain name in next domain name registration display.
Step 5. Click the "Submit" icon to finish the domain name registration.
***** This service is completely protected with the SSL system.*****

1-(2) Enquiry service of the global IP address
Step 1. Type your preferable domain name in the "DDNS SERVER SET"setting of DDNS-compliant product.
Step 2. After finishing this registration, this DDNS-compliant product asks our server to get global IP address.
Step 3. This product could automatically know the own global IP address.

1-(3) Renewal service of the IP address
Every ten minutes, our DDNS-compliant product asks the own IP address to our DDNS server.
Therefore our DDNS server could always find the target product.
