If the video from DSR-2004 or DSR-2016 can not be played with standard
video software,
install FFDShow (Codec).
| _How to install the FFDShow: | |
| 1) | Download "ffdshow_rev***_yyyymmdd.zip" file on your PC. |
| 2) | Unzip the file then "ffdshow_rev***_yyyymmdd.zip" folder will appear. |
| 3) | Double-click on "ffdshow_rev***_yyymmdd" file to install. |
| 5) | Follow the setup wizard and install using the initial settings for codec, filters, etc. |
